  • If something goes wrong, we offer free repair or replacement, subject to evaluation.

Warranty card is physically included with each product.

4. 🔄 What is your return and refund policy?

We accept returns or exchanges if the item is:

  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Unused and returned within 7 days of delivery

  • Returned in original packaging

Refunds are processed after inspection. You may choose between exchange or refund.

To maintain your leather goods:

  • Clean regularly with a soft, dry cloth

  • Avoid water or moisture exposure

  • Use natural leather conditioner occasionally

  • Keep away from direct sunlight for long hours

We only use Full-Grain & Top-Grain leather — these age beautifully when cared for.
