3. Shipping & Delivery

Bangladesh: Orders are usually delivered within 1–4 business days depending on location.

International: Orders are shipped via courier partners. Delivery timelines vary by destination (usually 7–14 business days).

We accept returns or exchanges within **7 days** of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

All our leather goods come with a **1-Year Limited Warranty**, covering manufacturing and craftsmanship defects.
